We love all of our clients at Cut & Design, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cut & Design Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we appreciate timely communication regarding appointment changes. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following policy:
Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice – No charge; the appointment will be canceled free of charge.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice – A fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.
Failure to show (no-call, no-show) – A fee of 100% of the service price will be charged. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline future appointment requests.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cut & Design Refund Policy
There are no refunds for services provided.
Within 48 hours if notice is given to us that you are unhappy with your hair we will correct it within 2 weeks.
